Located in Cala Canneddi, northern Sardinia, in the Gallura region, this 40 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a double bedroom and a living room with two additional beds. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and espresso machine. The apartment offers independent air conditioning, a TV with video-on-demand services, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a washing machine in an external compartment near the entrance. The entrance is private, and all windows have mosquito screens.

The property is accessible via an unpaved road, convenient for loading and unloading luggage and shopping; cars may not be left longer than necessary. Free parking is available inside the residence through the main gate. Tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts are 5 minutes away on foot. The residence has a swimming pool with a refreshment area available for an extra charge in July and August, as well as a bar open from 7 pm to midnight.
