Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Grocery 1.7 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa" 2 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (12 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
