Vacation home on the Berlin city limits next to Kaufpark Eiche

Our house, which has Wi-Fi access, features a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a shower and tub spread over 2 floors—accommodating up to 8 people in total. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as the living and dining room with a 65-inch TV and a dining table that seats up to 8 people.
The kitchen has everything you could want—refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and spacious cabinets.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, with access to the balcony, as well as a second bathroom with a washing machine.

Our garden terrace is the perfect spot for breakfast in the sun.
Our garden features patio furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a beach chair for your rest and relaxation. There is also a grill for a cosy barbecue.

Additional Important Information

Public transport (tram and bus) and a large shopping centre are within a 5-minute walk.
There is 1 parking space on the property; additional free parking spaces can be easily found on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 15€ per pet per night.

• The house is intended exclusively for the guests listed at the time of booking.
• Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Please treat the furnishings with care.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Note about the garden:
Our garden is currently still being redesigned.
Parts of it are not yet fenced in. However, a grill and seating are already available for your use.
We want to be completely honest here—so you know what to expect.
