Shop 8.5 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 250 m, bus stop "Niederried Dorf" 350 m, railway station "Niederried" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Nearby attractions: Jungfraujoch Top of Europe, Schilthorn Piz Gloria, Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Interlaken. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grindelwald Kleine Scheidegg 26 km, Meiringen Hasliberg 27 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee, Thunersee. Hiking paths: Jungfrau Region. Please note: railway line closeby.

Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. 2 balconies, south facing position, small balcony, west facing position. Marvellous view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Property is located directly on the lake, not fenced.
