Welcome to a luxurious, modern holiday home in Marielyst, Denmark, built in 2023. Located just 1200 meters from a stunning beach, this home offers a blend of modern amenities and natural beauty. It features an activity room with billiards and Wii games, a cosy living area that flows into a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge with Danish and German TV channels, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove. The house has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds, and a loft that can sleep four. It also has two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool. The temperature can be easily adjusted with a heat pump and electric radiators. Outside, there\\'s a spacious terrace with high-quality furniture and two barbecues, and a large natural plot for outdoor activities. The quiet location ensures a relaxing getaway.
