Inside, the villa blends traditional Périgord charm with contemporary touches: oak beams, a stone fireplace, and a warm atmosphere. The ground floor features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious, bright living room. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining room has a large solid oak table. The comfortable lounge offers a large leather sofa.



Outside, relax on the spacious 50 m² terrace with aluminum garden furniture for summer meals by the private pool (open seasonally). The landscaped garden is perfect for relaxing and peaceful walks.
