Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Eigenheimsiedlung in Eilsum. Wir hatten noch nie ein so ruhiges Ferienhaus. Wie waren allerdings außerhalb der Ferien hier. Sehr gut ist auch eine eigene Garage für Auto und Fahrräder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
