Located in Cala Santanyí, Santanyí, Can Ferrando is a spacious 240 m² estate accommodating up to 8 guests, including babies and children, as the house cannot host additional people. The house features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. You will find high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating throughout, TV, and a washing machine. For families with children, a cot and high chair are available upon request.



Enjoy terraces with beautiful sea views, a barbecue, and an outdoor pool—perfect for relaxing or reading on a sun lounger. From early May to late October, a small local supermarket is just a few minutes’ walk away (please check opening times, as they may vary). Outside these dates, the nearest supermarket is 5 km away.



The property is in a quiet area; events and parties are not permitted. A car is highly recommended for easy access, exploring nearby villages, and shopping. Free private parking is available on the property.



From November to April (inclusive), the minimum stay is 4 nights, with check-in or check-out possible any day. From May to October (inclusive), the minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in only on Thursdays. Self check-in makes your arrival easy.



Important: The property’s water is not suitable for drinking, cooking, or brushing teeth.

Herrlicher Meerblick vom ganzen Haus (intern wie extern)

Pros: Die Lage und damit verbunden die Ruhe, sowie der unmittelbare Meerblick sind fantastisch. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig. Die Trennung von Wohn- und Schlafbereich sehr gelungen. Die Kommunikation mit Marga der Verwalterin vorbildlich. Danke dafür! Cons: Die Regeln wie und wann das Haus zu verlassen ist, waren sehr rigide. Check out um 10h und die Gartenarbeiter fangen um 09h an mit Rasenmähen etc. Ein CD player oder Bluetooth Lautsprecher wären angenehm gewesen.
