Your holiday home is located in a modern, exclusive complex consisting of three buildings—quietly situated and surrounded by unspoiled nature, just a few steps from the Stettin Lagoon Nature Park.

Nestled among fragrant pine forests, striking cliff landscapes, and mysterious moors, your stay here begins amidst an impressive natural backdrop.

Guests who appreciate the tranquility and diversity of the landscape will find Usedom particularly rewarding: In addition to the famous imperial spas of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, you’ll find numerous idyllic towns and small villages that invite you to linger with their cosy seafood restaurants. During the day, a wide range of recreational activities awaits—from golf and water sports to cultural highlights and fascinating museums.

Usedom’s fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is accessible via the well-known imperial spas, which are eight kilometres away and a maximum of 15 minutes by car. The Korswandt golf course is five kilometres away, and the golf course at Balmer See can also be reached in about 15 minutes.

Nearby is also the quaint fishing village of Kamminke with its natural beach on the lagoon coast. The open-air restaurant at the harbour comes highly recommended for its excellent seafood and its prime spot for breathtaking sunsets.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of 250.00 EUR must be paid in cash; this will be refunded upon departure, provided the holiday rental is returned undamaged.

The “Haffblick” apartment is a special retreat within a small, exclusive holiday complex on Usedom—right on the shore of the lagoon. Surrounded by a quiet pine grove, you can still enjoy an unobstructed view of the water. In the morning, the rising sun casts its warm glow on the terrace, accompanied by the chirping of birds. With a little luck, you can even spot deer grazing peacefully in the surrounding meadows from the covered outdoor area.

This elegant apartment has been furnished with great care. On the spacious, light-filled lanai, you’ll find a retreat where you can fully enjoy the tranquility and beauty of this extraordinary natural landscape., Whether you’re lounging on the comfortable sun lounger for a relaxing sunbath or simply gazing dreamily into the distance—it’s easy to unwind here.

Another highlight is the private sauna for two, which is integrated into the lanai and offers a direct view of the lagoon—a feature unique to this complex.

The exclusive swimming dock of this small residential complex, featuring a small mooring (ideal, for example, for a small inflatable boat), invites you to swim, relax, or take a short boat trip.

The ground-floor, accessible apartment was newly built in 2023/24 and offers 102 square metres of spacious living comfort— including a lanai and a stunning view of the lagoon. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a separate bedroom, a cosy living room with an internet-enabled flat-screen TV, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave.

The bedroom features a comfortable French double bed (160 x 200 cm). Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, ensuring the highest level of comfort. On the sunny south-facing terrace, you’ll also find a private sauna—ideal for relaxing.

Towels and bed linens are included in the price. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. A set including a cosy dressing gown and sauna towel is provided for your sauna visits.

An lift is available from the garage to the apartment. In the underground car park (max. clearance height: 230 cm, max. clearance width: 260 cm), a parking space is assigned to the apartment; this space also offers the option to charge and store e-bikes. A second parking space can be requested, subject to availability. A public charging station for electric cars is within walking distance, 500 metres away.

The apartment has high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi. The bedroom can be completely darkened as desired, ensuring restful nights. Insect screens are installed on all windows—including those on the lanai—so you can enjoy the warm summer evenings and the clear starry sky undisturbed.

Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a travel cot for a fee.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
