Neßmersiel is a small holiday town located right across from the islands of Baltrum and Norderney, and it’s also the ferry port for Baltrum. In the heart of the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, nature awaits you at its most beautiful. Neßmersiel is a central starting point for mudflat hikes or boat tours to the seal colonies.

Your Seehund holiday home in Neßmersiel is a detached, lovingly furnished, spacious Frisian house, idyllically situated on a cul-de-sac. The fully fenced property features a large south-facing terrace, a lockable garden shed where you can store your bicycles, and two parking spaces in front of the house. The terrace is furnished with seating for six people, a garden bench, a parasol, and a grill. There are two lounge chairs for a separate relaxation area. A handcart is also available for you and your little ones, along with beach toys.

The holiday home features three tastefully furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
The dining area offers enough space for six people, and a high chair is also available.
The newly renovated bathroom on the ground floor, which features a walk-in rain shower, includes a washing machine. Guests may use this free of charge.
The entire basement is wheelchair accessible. The ground-floor bedroom features a raised double bed.

Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a cot, a reading corner, and a second TV. A safety gate has been installed at the staircase leading to the upper floor for the children’s safety.
The second bedroom on the upper floor has two single beds, a reading corner, toys, and books. This room can be used by both adults and children. There is also plenty of reading material available for adults.
All bedrooms have blackout blinds, and the bedrooms on the upper floor each have a fly screen.

The second bathroom with a shower is located on the upper floor between the two bedrooms.

Free linens are provided for all guests, meaning the beds will already be made upon your arrival. Towels can be rented from the property management.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by the property management and receive a small welcome gift.

Booking Information:
Please note that a visitor’s tax applies in the coastal resort town of Neßmersiel. Unfortunately, it was not possible to list this in detail on the booking portal. The visitor’s tax is calculated and collected on-site by my property management.
Visitor’s tax rates:
High season: March 15 – October 31. Off-season: November 1 – March 14.

Adults: €3.40 per day, €2.10 per day.
Children (ages 3–15): €1.70 per day, €1.00 per day.

A one-time final cleaning fee of 75.00 euros is due per stay. This fee must be paid by the renter on-site to the property management.

Additional utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and trash collection fees are included in the rental price.

During peak season, our house can only be booked on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
