Stay at Domaine Les Épinettes in Saint-Gervais (Vendée) and enjoy a nature-filled holiday just 10 minutes from the beaches and coastline. Domaine Les Épinettes welcomes you year-round on a wooded 2-hectare property, perfect for a peaceful getaway with family or friends.



This 26 m² mobile home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, TV, heating (radiator in the living room), and Wi-Fi. The entrance is step-free, and breakfast is included for your comfort.



The property offers many amenities for a great stay: heated pool (May–September), children’s playground, tennis court, bike rental, snack bar, and convenience store. Enjoy a calm, green setting just a few kilometers from the beaches—ideal for relaxing.



Bed linen and towels are not provided; please bring your own. Rental of bed linen, towels, and cleaning service are available for an extra charge.



Heating is available from October to April with 25 kWh per day included; extra usage is charged.



A baby bed and high chair can be borrowed free of charge on request, subject to availability. You can also order bread and pastries at reception.
