With 146 m² of living space, this semi-detached home not only offers plenty of room for up to six people but also features amenities that leave nothing to be desired. The open-concept living and dining area is the heart of the home: a cosy wood-burning stove for romantic evenings, a Nintendo Wii U, and LEGO for the little ones. An incredible 75-inch TV in the living room provides entertainment for film nights together. A fully electric massage chair ensures you’ll be completely relaxed—and then there’s that stunning view of the harbour basin time and time again.
The modern built-in kitchen is a highlight for amateur chefs. Whether it’s fresh fish from the harbour or a leisurely breakfast overlooking the water—cooking here becomes an experience. Afterwards, the large terrace with comfortable patio furniture invites you to enjoy social barbecue evenings on the Weber electric grill or relaxing reading sessions.
The ground floor also features a convenient guest bathroom with its own washing machine, ensuring that even longer stays are comfortable and hassle-free.

The following highlights await you on site: Within walking distance of the stunning, kilometer-long Weidefelder Beach, supervised by the DLRG. The small, picturesque village of Olpenitz, located nearby (3 km away), with its beautiful (thatched) houses offers restaurants and shopping opportunities, as does the well-known fishing village of Kappeln on the Schlei with its small harbour, located about 7 km away. Kappeln is also known, among other things, by the name “Deekelsen” from the popular TV series “Der Landarzt.” Take a trip to Bad Arnis, Germany’s smallest town; to Eckernförde for the Eel Regatta or the Pirate Spectacle in August; or to Sieseby, the beautiful half-timbered village right on the Schlei. There’s hardly another location like this along the entire Baltic Sea coast in Germany! Anyone who loves a quiet, nature-filled holiday is sure to be able to spend “the best time of the year” here, even though the surroundings and infrastructure in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz are currently still undergoing constant change due to construction activity. This has already been factored into the price and does not constitute a shortcoming.

The in-person check-in is conducted in German and includes important information about the accommodation and house rules. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth check-in, stay, and check-out.
