Ideally located in a quiet residential area near shops and restaurants, “Villa Beau Soleil Agde” welcomes you to its 60 m² “Gîte 1,” accommodating up to 6 guests. It features 3 bedrooms (2 traditional bedrooms and 1 bedroom-TV lounge) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. You’ll enjoy a well-equipped kitchen opening onto a veranda with a view of your private, enclosed garden, as well as air conditioning and fans for your comfort. A baby cot, high chair, and children's toys and books are also provided, making this home ideal for families.



Relax in your private garden or on the covered terrace—perfect for outdoor meals or moments of leisure. The house is single-story for added convenience.



You have a private parking space on the shared property and plenty of street parking. One pet is welcome for an extra fee during your stay. A shared bike storage area is also available. Please note that parties and events are not permitted.



The property is close to public transport and the beach, which can be reached quickly. A tennis court is within a 15-minute walk.
