Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the BEACH towels please launder them for the next guests as they are left for your convenience, if you choose to use them, and are not a part of the linen service,
If you used the sand chairs left on the balcony for your use, please rinse them off at the rinse station on the boardwalk before returning them to our balcony.
Keep balcony doors closed at all times and be sure they are locked good on your departure
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Can't say enough about this property. Location is the absolute best. Very convenient to beach and elevator. I normally do not rest well when I stay away from home, however, I slept so well in the master bedroom bed. Even the sheets were very comfortable. Probably my favorite place I've stayed on the beach. Will always check to see if this property is available whenever I go back.

We do have a new mattress on that bed and we always have 300 or higher cotton sheets on our beds since we are in a tropical climate and cotton is cooler than some of the products on the market that others choose to use. It's always refreshing to hear our guests are pleased with our condo. We look forward to hearing from you again soon!

Wonderful Condo

The Condo was wonderful. It was clean, very well equipped and right on the beach. We stayed the week of the July 4th. The beach was packed and the crowd was rowdy. But we enjoyed the stay and will definitely check to see if this condo is avaliable the next time we visit Gulf Shores.

Crazy attention to details

Most fantastic condo! So many attention to details..beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs and even a margarita machine-WHAT??? We had the best stay! Lots of high quality amenities at such a great price. Master bed was a little hard for my liking but that is just a personal preference. Loved this place! Ricky even texted to make sure we made it ok. Such great hosts! HIGHLY recommend!

Ready to return!!

We had a fabulous time. Zero complaints at all view was amazing, plenty of food nearby and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Also we never heard a sound from neighbors even those above who we know had younger kids. We will certainly be back and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

We had a great visit, the condo was just a few steps from the elevator, 4th floor which gave us a perfect view, the interior color/decor was so light and airy, kitchen had everything we needed. Roman’s first beach trip!

Overall the stay was great! The location and size of condo as stated on description, really loved the balcony and watching the dolphins while enjoying breakfast. The communication with host was great, fast to respond, ease of checking in perfect. My only complaint is a better cleaning service needs to be hired, the bedroom sheets dirty, same for other room and other parts of condo. The glass next to dining table has a name smudge in from previous guest is my guess. But again overall the condo is great and location is perfect despite the cleaning we would still rent again.

I'm sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied with your experience at our condo. The sheets are always fresh and clean on all beds as we take pride in using ALL free & clear detergent and bleach in hot water in small loads for all our bedding.(to be sure all the germs are eliminated.) It's always best if you will communicate your concerns on arrival instead of after your stay...so we can make it right for you. Our housekeeper has been with us for 14 years and she loves her job. She goes above and beyond in trying to make each guest experience as perfect as possible. We want all our guests to be happy.

What a wonderful stay we had for the week! Everything was as stated and we could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was clean and ready to go upon arrival. Plenty of space and a stellar beach view of the Gulf of Mexico where you can hear the waves crash and see the dolphins swim. Kitchen was perfect with everything you need, bedrooms were cozy and neat with plenty of room. Front room was perfect with clean and comfortable furniture. Two bathrooms make it easy with a family. Dishwasher, washer and dryer make it easy to keep up with cleaning. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella are ready to go as well. Stores and restaurants close by, but still some space from the main strip. Don’t miss this hidden gem in Gulf Shores!

Wonderful place

This place was wonderful, was well stocked with everything we could possibly every need for laying on the beach or playing in the waves. Had all kinds of kitchen equipment. And they where able to separate the spare bedroom bed into two twin beds for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Hi! I'm Ricky Beale (owner) I live in Illinois but I've always loved the beach. When I 'discovered' Gulf Shores I knew I had found my beach 'home away from home'. The soft sugary white sand, lush trees and foilage and the blue water and sky all combine to make up this piece of paradise. I enjoy taking care of the rentals for this condo on my own after being a travel agent for a company in my hometown and then working and traveling for United Airlines for many years. I enjoy helping people find the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Hopefully you will be our guests and find the same beauty and peacefulness in this setting.

Why they chose this property

We live in the midwest (Illinois) but our family loves the beach. Our 5 grandchildren and we make many happy memories at our condos in Gulf Shores. This complex...Surfside Shores has the most convenient set-up with the beach sand coming all the way up to the swimming pool deck. Convenience is important to us. We bought this property because Gulf Shores and this complex is family friendly and there is so much for each family member to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

While staying at Surfside Shores we all enjoy the heated pool and the youngest members of the family enjoy the kiddy pools. When we want fresh seafood or a yummy steak we use the grills and then eat at our beachfront table on our balcony. We sit in the living room or on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim past or see the fishermen pulling in a fish. If we're up early the surise is always awesome and everyone enjoys watching the beautiful sunsets.
