Discover our 3-star gîte, a tastefully renovated former farmhouse combining the authenticity of Breton farmhouses with all modern comforts. Ideally located just 2.5 km from the beaches and shops, this estate between land and sea is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. With three characterful houses surrounded by a vast 2,500 m² garden, our estate offers a private outdoor swimming pool, covered and heated to 28°C, operational from April to November, which can accommodate up to 12 people while preserving everyone's privacy.
The main farmhouse is on one level, with a cosy living room featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and a fireplace with wood burner. It also has a comfortable living room with sofa and armchairs, three bedrooms sleeping six, a bathroom with washing machine/dryer and separate WC. This area is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee makers (electric and Nespresso), toaster, TV and stereo for your convenience. The second house, ideal for 2 or 3 people, has a mezzanine with a double bed (140cm), accessed by a miller's ladder. The ground floor has a living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace with wood burner, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a shower room with WC. The third house follows the same model as the second, but without the fireplace and washing machine.
Each house has its own private terrace with garden furniture, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. The garden features a covered, heated swimming pool with deckchairs and sun loungers. Younger guests will be delighted by the play area, which includes swings, a slide, rackets and a ball. For families, we also offer a baby high chair, cot and children's bath.
Set in a haven of peace, our estate is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Nearby, white sandy beaches and a wild coastline bordered by the GR34 await nature lovers. There's no shortage of things to do: fishing, kayaking, sailing and relaxing on the beaches. For the curious, the '3 Curés' theme park, OCEANOPOLIS in Brest, the Seaweed Museum, and the islands of MOLENE and dOUESSANT are great destinations for memorable excursions.
