Outside there is a large enclosed garden with trees, flower beds and a spectacular panoramic view over the bay of Grotticelle. The garden is equipped with: lighting system, benches, fountain, outdoor table and chairs, table umbrella, and brick barbecue. To refresh yourself after a day at the beach or sunbathing, there is a convenient outdoor shower. The garden also has a parking area for the exclusive use of Villa del Capo.
The living space is on one level, on the ground floor, and covers an area of approximately 90m². The accommodation consists of: a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen-living room is equipped with: a gas and heat induction hob, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, as well as a living area with a marble table, a three-seater sofa and cable TV. The bedrooms are very spacious and bright. The first has a double bed, a single bed, a chest of drawers with mirror, two bedside tables, a 4-door wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. The other bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, an open wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is equipped with: bidet, shower and window. The house is equipped with mosquito nets on all the windows, a hair dryer, a washing machine, WI-FI, a stereo system and two walking bikes.
Within a radius of 400 to 600 metres you can find different ice cream parlours, shops with typical products, souvenir shops, grocery shops, a tourist information centre, pizzerias and bars.
The house enjoys a unique view of the Grotticelle bay. This view is one of the most used to present Calabria to the world. From the house it is possible to reach the sea on foot via a dirt path that leads to an uncrowded beach.
