The private sleeping area includes a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe, while a separate bedroom offers a loft bed (2x80x200 cm), wardrobe, and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining area. The modern bathroom boasts a spacious rain shower (80x100 cm). Guests can enjoy the on-site swimming pool and communal laundry facilities on floors 1 to 4 (coin-operated). Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. A parking space in the underground garage is included, with a height restriction of 185 cm.
