Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful apartment and location. Comfortable and posh. Parking was very secure and convenient. Great location - easy freeway access and just a short ways to the hustle bustle of downtown Sacramento. Kevin was a great host - very accommodating. Would recommend the apartment for a couple. We hope to go back!

We stayed at this Downtown Sacramento condo for three months while we were looking for a house. The furnishings are nice, and the condo has everything you need for a temporary rental. All you need to bring is your clothes. The condo is a short walk from the state capitol, so if you have business there, it is very convenient. Kevin Nielsen, the owner, is very gracious and helpful.

Sac Downtown Condo

The location of this condo is perfect for anyone wanting be close to downtown. Close to shopping, the Golden One center & and many local restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very nicely supplied with kitchen, laundry & bathroom amenities, it had great views of downtown & especially the capitol. You cannot go wrong with this place, it has absolutely everything. Highly recommend

Sacramento Base of Operations

This apartment on the twelfth floor of a downtown condo has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is pretty fully equipped. Only thing we missed was a toaster, but the toaster oven served almost as well. The washer and dryer and all other equipment worked fine. The bed is very firm but also very comfortable. The views of the California Capitol to the east, the edge of the Tower Bridge to the west, and slices of downtown and surrounding areas are all superb. The building elevators are fast and the inhabitants quite friendly. Marty, the building super, is very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool, which, while smallish, was long enough to do laps. We did not try out the exercise room, but it appeared to be very well equipped. Parking in spacious space no. 31 in the covered, secure garage was very easy. The apartment served as an excellent base for exploring Sacramento and, in our case, locating housing for a permanent move. It was also a great vacation spot, convenient to the capitol, the capitol park, the banks of the Sacramento River, and most other downtown highlights.

Gorgeous place! Great host!

This place definitely made me feel like a home away from home. The perfect view. So spacious and Kevin made everything so easy. He even accommodated for my late flight. I would def recommend!
