The lower floor also houses an activity room equipped with billiards, table tennis, air hockey, darts, and table football, along with a cozy sofa area featuring a flat-screen TV, a Nintendo Wii, and a PlayStation 4. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area allows for socializing while cooking. The living room opens onto a large terrace with stunning views of the surrounding woods, furnished with high-quality garden furniture. The property also includes a play area for children, complete with a play tower, climbing wall, slide, swings, and a sandbox. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
