Leider hatte ich nicht genau gelesen und dachte der Schlüsselsafe wäre direkt am Haus. Dan haben wir den Stromzähler nicht gefunden und es gab nirgendwo einen Hinweis, das er draußen am Haus war. Die Nummer vom Schloss auf dem kleinen Zettel für die Kaution war auch nicht so ganz ersichtlich. Aber irgendwann gefunden. Bei der Abgabe des Schlüssels war die Agentur geschlossen und wir hatten nirgendwo die Info wo wir den Schlüssel abgeben mussten. In der E-Mail stand immer nur wo und wie man den Schlüssel nach der Öffnungszeit im Tresor abholt. Aber nach einem Anruf auf der Hotline könnten wir den Schlüssel abgeben.
