Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass die Wohnung sehr kalt war und drehten die Heizkörper h..

Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass die Wohnung sehr kalt war und drehten die Heizkörper hoch. Auch danach erwärmten sie sich kaum. Wir reklamierten dies bei der Fa. AVC. Kurze Zeit später meldete sich ein Mitarbeiter von AVC bei uns und justierte die Heizung neu. Leider mit mäßigem Erfolg. Es wurde zwar langsam wärmer, aber die Temperaturen stiegen bis zum späten Abend im Wohnzimmer nicht über 17°. Im Schlafzimmer wurden sogar nur 15° erreicht, weshalb wir die Nacht in Straßenkleidung und in Decken gehüllt verbringen mussten. Zudem herrschte in der Wohnung ein etwas muffiger Geruch und die Betten und das Sofa waren feucht und klamm. Wir entschlossen uns deshalb am anderen Morgen wieder abzureisen. Der Mietpreis wurde uns anteilig erstattet und auch sonst hat sich die Fa. AVC korrekt und Kundenfreundlich verhalten. Wir würden dort wieder buchen. Die Wohnung an sich ist - abgesehen von der Heizungssituation - gut ausgestattet und war sauber.
