Summary:

Our 6th floor condo has great gulf views from every room! Crescent Arms is a quiet, beach front, high rise condominium building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. We are right on the beach with lounge chairs provided. It's as close as you can get to the Gulf without being in the water! Included are a heated pool & covered parking. All the comforts of home!



The Space:

-The unit has separate private bedroom suites, each with their own bath, flat-screen cable TV, ceiling fan, hair dryers, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors to the lanai.



-The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa and two chairs.



-Plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are on-site



-The unit also features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and dining area.



-Free WiFi



-Many opportunities for shopping, golf, boating, fishing and much more.



-Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and stores.



-Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away.



-A few miles north is St. Armand's Circle with its trendy shopping.



-Only one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.

We didn’t go to the pool. I didn’t like the shared laundry with everyone on the floor. I would have preferred washer and dryer in the room but I knew when I was booking it didn’t have it. The room was moderately clean I have high expectations for cleanliness!

This condo was in a perfect location! The beach area was beautiful, was within walking distance to a few bars and restaurants and easy trolley and Frog access to many more bars and restaurants. Communication with the owners was easy with quick answers.

The condo could not have been better for my friend and myself. It is located right in the beach with chairs and umbrellas available. The 2 bedrooms with baths worked perfectly. We loved the screened balcony with a beautiful view. We could walk to several restaurants and catch a free service to the village if we chose to go that route. We ate in Sarasota, just over the bridge, several nights, and took an Uber that was just over 10 each way. We are already talking about next year!

The location of the condo was perfect! We had breakfast on the balcony every morning with a beautiful view of the beach. When we were ready for beach time, it was just a few steps away. Several nights we walked down to Captain Curt’s area for dinner. Communication with the owners was great! They checked in a few times through the week and were very responsive when I had a question. Check-in and out was easy. We had such a great time….our daughters are already asking to go back to stay in this condo.

The unit was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The beach in front wasn't excessively crowded like some of the places in Destin for example, although there are about 4 rows of chairs deep. Chair setup is included, but umbrella rental is extra, although you can easily set up your own. This unit is on the rear corner of the building. The screened patio allows for a view of the beach, but the view from the units at the front of the building would be unobstructed. The condo buildings are definitely older, but appear to be well taken care of. We enjoyed the dolphin and sandbar tour, and jet ski and kayak rental which are within a 15 minute walk of the unit.

we really enjoyed our stay being so close to the beach the house was just the right size for a big family I enjoyed being able to Instacart to the house as well. We are really close to all the wonderful restaurants I loved the The house came with chairs and made it a really easy stay

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Location of the condo on Siesta Key was ideal for our family-just steps to the sand and a short walk or drive to many shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the view from the screened in lanai. The information provided by the host beforehand made checking in easy. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the beach!

This property is nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed having meals out on the patio and liked the convenience of walking right out onto the beautiful beach. Sisters’ getaway

This lovely condo was just right for our sisters’ getaway. We were a few short steps from the beautiful beach, and access to chairs and umbrellas was so easy. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The beds were so comfortable. We had no issues with noise, even though we were right next to the elevator and laundry room (which was convenient!). We could walk to some restaurants and markets, and it was a short drive to the village and other area attractions. Breakfast and lunch on the deck was delightful. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Having chairs set up each day was great. I’m not a pool person but the pool area is at the very front not really convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a parking spot. The beach is very beautiful. The host is quick to respond and very helpful. We had a wonderful vacation.

The condo was absolutely as described, the beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed and more. Although not at the front of the building the view of the beach from the balcony was great. We really enjoyed sitting out there for breakfast. Location was perfect for us as we were looking for somewhere that had the option to walk to some bars and restaurants. Would recommend captain Kurt's if you are looking for somewhere with live music. The beds on the beach were free, comfortable and plenty. We will definitely look to stay there again next time we are in the Siesta Key area.

The condo is a side unit not a waterfront uni as the pictures and description would have you believe. The master shower is tiny. The kitchen is the same room as the living room. We did not receive the check in email as promised. Lackluster visit.
