The turquoise-coloured pool invites you to cool off on warm days, complemented by teak loungers and the shade of palm trees.



Inside, the villa's foyer leads to a spacious living and dining area, which extends over two levels and is the perfect place to relax. The bright kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances so that you can easily cater for yourself. There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, while the master suite has a luxurious bathroom and a private roof terrace with stunning sea views. Underfloor heating keeps you cosy on cooler days and ensures a relaxing stay at any time of year.



This beautiful villa is located on the east side of Mallorca between Artà and Manacor (in the coastal municipality of Sant Llorenc) in the middle of one of the most peaceful yet varied landscapes on the island. The breathtaking sandy bay of Cala Varquez can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. We also recommend a visit to Cala Bona with two small bays and a beautiful fishing harbour, as well as the modern Sa Coma with its long sandy beach. Shops, restaurants and bars can be found in nearby Sant Llorenc and in the pretty fishing village of Porto Cristo. Every Thursday morning you can visit the weekly market in Sant Llorenc.
