Inside, the two-storey villa has bright interior spaces, including a modern kitchen with fireplace, a cosy living room, two double bedrooms, a gym and a modern bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two further double bedrooms, a second bathroom and a spacious sun terrace. Stable internet and radiators ensure comfort all year round.



Villa Can Fiol Platja is located in the centre of the charming fishing village of Portocolom. You are just a few hundred metres from the centre and right by the sea. In Portocolom you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The fine sandy beaches on the east coast are a rare treat for beach lovers. The Calas de Mallorca are only 15 minutes away by car.



Electricity consumption is charged in cash on site between November and April.

The optional use of air conditioning is charged in cash on site between May and October.
