"Estrella de Son Serra" is a charming villa in a typical residential street in the village of Son Serra de Marina in the north-east of Mallorca. This inviting house is ideal for families with children or couples.







The villa has several terrace areas, some covered, with comfortable garden furniture for dining, barbecuing or simply relaxing. The roof terrace offers fantastic views of the nearby sea, perfect for enjoying sunsets. The villa is surrounded by manicured lawns and green areas, providing space for children to play while the adults relax in deckchairs. You can park your hire car directly at the house.



The villa has a rustic Mallorcan charm with high-quality furnishings and plenty of natural light thanks to large windows throughout the house. The open-plan living and dining area leads seamlessly onto the terrace, creating a transition between indoor and outdoor living. The interior is light and airy, with bright, natural colours and tiled floors, complemented by dark wooden beams, furniture and door frames. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. A curved staircase leads to the upper floor, where a gallery sleeping area opens onto the roof terrace and includes a guest WC. In the basement you will find a table tennis table, table football and a pool table for entertainment.



The finca "Estrella de Son Serra" is located in a quiet residential area of Son Serra de Marina, 7 km from Can Picafort. The Playa de Son Serra de Marina beach is just 750 metres away, and shops, restaurants and cafés can be found in the village and are also within walking distance.
