Inside, the main living area features high-quality, partly antique furniture and large windows overlooking the pool. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a children's sleeping area and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there is a luxurious master suite with a private living room, en-suite bathroom and access to the roof terraces, which offer breathtaking views of the vineyards and the Tramuntana mountains.



The holiday home is located in the rural lowlands in the heart of Mallorca. The supermarket in the nearby village of Búger is a 6-minute drive away. The long sandy beaches of the bay of Alcúdia can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The medieval town of Alcúdia is around 25 minutes away by car.



Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
