Cozy home in Palma with private swimming pool, can be inside or outside

The beautiful natural stone villa Calimero is surrounded by a lush, cosy garden. Manicured lawns, shady spots and a pool invite you to linger. It's easy to forget that you're only 20 minutes by car from the island's capital Palma when you're relaxing in the hammock or on one of the two Bali loungers by the pool. A large outdoor kitchen, barbecue and pizza oven are available. Meals can be enjoyed either in the cosy patio or on the covered terrace right next to the house. The holiday home also has its own tennis court, bowling alley, table tennis table, outdoor WC and shower by the pool.



Great importance was also attached to a cosy atmosphere and simple elegance when designing the interior areas. All rooms are characterised by stylish, high-quality furniture, relaxing colour tones and loving decoration. The dining room adjoins the living room and leads into the kitchen, which has a cosy dining area. Four spacious bedrooms are available for night-time relaxation, two of which have their own bathroom. One of the en-suite bedrooms has a separate entrance. Hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and in the bedrooms ensures pleasant temperatures in both summer and winter. Villa Calimero is an extremely comfortable holiday home for up to 8 people near Palma all year round. The villa is located in a quiet residential area close to Mallorca's pottery village of Pòrtol and 20 minutes by car from Palma. There are various supermarkets within a 10-minute drive. Around 10 km to the north, the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range (UNESCO World Heritage Site) offers numerous hiking opportunities. The various sandy beaches in the bay of Palma can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car.
