Wonderful condo

We had everything we wanted in our condo. We spent most of our time on the patio. There was a small cleaning issue that was resolved immediately. I would stay here again

Great stay great service

Very nice place! Perfect for our family. Would have appreciated a few more spices, olive oil and sugar but other than that was perfect! Most VRBOs have the basics… thank you we will be back.

Great Place to Relax

We all needed to take a break and this was the perfect place to do it. The condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The whole property is very well maintained. and we loved having the restaurant right there. Sandy Beach is a great location close to everything. We'll be back!

the place was great but I sent email to ask questions before we got there and got no answer

I think is a bit ridiculous the check in and check out hours 4:00 PM check in!!!! at leas 3 pm is ok and check out 10 make it like other places 11. I really dislike that part of the deal other than that it was a great stay

Thermostat

Overall the Condo was very nice and had a lot of amenities. Staff was great. Location was great. Only issue was the thermostat. It was locked by the owners and we could not get the Condo very cool. The lowest it would go was 73 and only lasted a little bit before it was automatically changed to 85. Don’t know if the owners changed it remotely or if it preset that way but it was constant. We had to constantly move the thermostat down just to get it somewhat cool enough in this heat.

Great place

Nice room, large, comfortable beds. Pull out was a nice extra although not very comfortable as pull-outs tend to be. Great communication with property owner, let us stay an extra day at the same rate. One thing that would have been helpful to know is that they do not supply shampoo or conditioner and there is no hair dryer or beach towels in the unit. But overall, we would definitely stay here again!
