The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start a load of towels in the washer, and if you have time before you depart, please start them in the dryer on the high setting. Load and Start the dishwasher cycle if you have dirty dishes.
Please make sure the AC is turned up to 76, lights are off, and door is locked. (Ceiling fans can remain on inside the condo, if you used the outside fans, please make sure they are off).
Please send us an email letting us know if there was any damage or broken items during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use only Quartz cleaner on countertops. Use cutting boards to cut. No acids or citrus one countertop. You will be responsible for damage or etching.
Please be mindful of the painted doors and cabinets, as it scratches easily. No wet/sandy feet on area rug. Respect our condo as if it were your own.
AC- Please turn the AC to 75 or higher when you are not inside the conod. Only turn it down in small increments to avoid freezing up the unit.

We visit Rocky Point twice yearly and always stay at Sonoran Sky. The overall property is well maintained with excellent staff. This was our first stay in this condo due to the high reviews and well appointed patio which is my living space while in Rocky Point. Hosts provide numerous amenities throughout as well as being friendly and available when contacted. Jamie and Teri have pride in their property and it shows.

We have stayed at Sonoran sky many times and I do have to say that this room is definitely the best I’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable! They have everything you need… You forget your beach towel, yup they got it! You forget something to put your drink in to keep it cold, yup they got that too! As we stepped into the condo my first two impressions were one, it smelled amazing- clean and fresh and two - the view was just as promised. The condo was tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings! The kitchen came with everything you would need. LOVED the patio space- perfect for morning coffees and meals outdoors. The bed was amazing - by far the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. the whole condo complex was very nice - the staff - the pools - the restaurant and gym. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - very clean!! Throughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be booking again! Thank you, The Aveys

Truly a gem. We felt blessed that the owners were so generous in allowing *anyone* to stay in it, it is truly that lovely. So well thought out, it is furnished and stocked with practically every consideration of what would be needed. The view is pure perfection. It is exactly as pictured, and every piece seems perfectly curated. We could not have asked for better for our first stay in Rocky Point, and frankly, should we ever go back, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! My husband is already dreaming of our next booking. To the hosts - thank you seems so small. Sincerely, thank you for blessing us by sharing such an amazing space. It was everything we were looking for and more.

Bedding was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Host was nice and responsive when messaging. The check-in was a little blah. Took them 20 plus min to allow us in, as they couldn’t find the reservation. Felt awkward. I did message the host and they replied right away. Which made me feel a bit more comfortable. Did ask for massages in the room. Host will need info on who is coming in and out. Understandable. Front gate won’t have the information most of the time and you will need to walk down and tell them yourself. Sounds like there’s a bit about communication problem in the back end I don’t necessarily believe this is the host fault

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated with so much class, and can we talk about the couches? Fabulous!The bed is to die for. It seriously feels like being hugged by one giant, luxurious pillow. We slept so well!The condo had all the amenities we could need, and the resort itself was fantastic. There are multiple pools, a swim-up bar, and a waterslide that was especially fun after a few drinks. Ha!The ocean was incredibly warm and totally swimmable. We also loved our long beach walks and found SO many shells.There’s a convenience store onsite, which was super handy. Pro tip: grab your ice there before heading up to the condo!The views are beautiful, and there’s a great restaurant downstairs right on the beach with fabulous food and service.Our hosts were also extremely responsive anytime we had a question, which we really appreciated.It was about a 20 taxi ride into town, where we found some fantastic local food. Definitely check out Mariscos El Parguito. YUM!!! It was packed with locals, and the food was excellent.Beautiful condo, comfy bed, warm ocean, great pools, beach walks, shells, good food and plenty of fun. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend it!
