Particularly attractive for families: a beautiful playground near the house and lots of nature will delight children at any time of year: picnic and tobogganing meadows with a marvellous panorama of Lake Constance.

In summer, the pleasant temperature is immediately noticeable due to the location and construction of the flat.

The separate entrance leads directly into the spacious living/dining area with an attractive bay window flooded with light (including external shutters). The living area has a sofa bed (sleeping area 120 x 220 m), TV and multimedia system (including Blu-Ray, DVD and USB). The spacious storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the comfort of the flat. Of course, our guest WLAN is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay. Up to 2 car parking spaces, laundry package per person and additional costs are included in the accommodation price.
