Create a Dream vacation in our Spectacular Wrap Around Condo!


This is as close to the water as you can get. Enjoy the sound of the ocean surf and the sweeping views from this 4th floor premium condominium while being only steps from the best and most secluded section of Sandy Beach. You will be staying in a premium rated condominium of the preferred West Tower. The condo is fully equipped with everything that you will need, including it's own private laundry room.

If you selected the Sonoran Sun Resort then you obviously know your way around Rocky Point. We know that it is one of the best values on the entire beach, and we match or beat any competitors rate at any of the Sonoran properties. The condo is perfect for two families sleeping 8 people comfortably. (will allow 8 adults & 2 kids (under 10) in condo, extra charge for over 8 people) $25.00 a day per person. It has two king beds, one queen, one full bed. will have to be approved with owner & hoa for over 8! all fees paid in advance

Took our daughter and 3 granddaughters for 3 days and everyone was raving about what an awesome job I did getting this place for us. Made Papa look like the hero!!What can you say about an awesome condo like this. You can see the entire stretch of the Sea of Cortez from the 4th floor wrap arount deck as well as the Rocky Point Malecon (fish market) in the distance.Michelle has thought of pretty much everything. She answered any text I sent within minutes. The view and accommodations were amazing. We will definitely put this at the top of our list for Puerto Penasco!! The Sonoran Sun is out near the end of the developed portion of Sandy Beach so there was no crowding at all on the beach. the heated pool area was perfect to round out the vacation on the last day when nobody wanted to get into the sand and salt.we did not hear a single peep from any neighbors so got great nights sleep. Seems like so many of the condos there have paper thin walls but not so here.

What a lovely stay in Puerto Penasco! Plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy. The wraparound balcony was amazing with unobstructed views to the Sea of Cortez and unbelievable sunsets. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Comfortable beds, sofa, and other furniture. Appreciated the use of a washer and dryer. Great location on Sandy Beach! Highly recommend. A

Great experience

We go to Rocky Point a lot and this was the best property we’ve stayed at. The patio is amazing and the Sonoran Sun is an awesome resort. We’ll not go anywhere else from now on!

We had an overall great stay. Great views from balcony. Beds were soft. Plenty of towels for 5 of us. Everything was clean but floors could’ve used a little more attention. Enjoyed the pools and beach area. We would stay here again !

We fell in love with Rocky Point 16 years ago. Over the years we have purchased several condos at The Sonoran Sea Resorts and now rent our condos full time . Previous experience from staying in other resorts has taught us that it really matters who you rent from. We go out of our way to make sure our condos are always updated and well maintained. When you rent a one of our condos, you can rest assured that our condos are always updated and well maintained.

Our goal is that you have the best vacation ever, and want to come back for years to come.The first time we went to Rocky Point, it was the best vacation we'd ever had. We rent our condos out so that other people can experience the joy of a great beach vacation in a beautiful condo.

Very few properties offer views like this one. The 600 Ft wraparound patio with 180 Degree views are breathtaking. You will always cherish the memories of the incredible sunsets and the sound of the crashing waves when you stay in this one of a kind condo.
