The "Kermessu" annex is a romantic retreat for a couple, a family, or two couples of friends, featuring exposed beams and white wood or river stone floors. The bathroom has a teak floor. You'll feel comfortable here year-round. From the windows, enjoy views of the flower garden, vegetable patch, woodland, and river, all facing south and surrounded by beautiful nature. Dine outdoors in the sun or shade. A canoe and paddleboard are available. Smoking is not allowed inside, but you may smoke in the riverside garden. A check-out inspection will be done. If you prefer not to clean at the end of your stay, cleaning service is available for an extra charge.

Each outbuilding has its own private space around the villa: Kerala, near the woods, is perfect for cool summer days, while Kermessu, close to the vegetable garden, offers a sunny, natural setting.



Just 1,200 m away, you can walk or cycle to the ocean and Capbreton’s lively center with shops and restaurants. Hossegor is 3 km away, and the forest is just across the river.
