Holiday Home “Villa Ananda - Kerala Annex”

The annex (52 m²) is comfortable for 2 to 4 guests. The living area includes a kitchenette, dining space, and lounge. Walls and floors are wooden, painted off-white. Bedroom and bathroom are separate. Upcycled furniture has been repainted, and the décor is homemade. Quality insulation with eco-friendly materials keeps it cool in summer and warm on cooler evenings.



“Kerala” is near the woods and enjoys shade from trees in summer. The bedroom offers views of the river and jetty. The small terrace is popular, and surrounding plants provide privacy so everyone feels at ease. There are tables on the terrace and in the woods by the river.



The river isn’t fenced, so please inform your children. In all our years hosting, no incidents have occurred.

Nestled at the end of a quiet lane in a peaceful Capbreton neighborhood, the Kerala and Kermessu outbuildings invite you to enjoy a tranquil stay in the heart of a lush 2,600 m² garden. Built with eco-friendly materials in a fisherman’s cabin style, they offer a warm, authentic atmosphere with upcycled, repainted furniture and lovely views of trees and flowers.



Each outbuilding has its own private space around the villa: Kerala, near the woods, is perfect for cool summer days, while Kermessu, close to the vegetable garden, offers a sunny, natural setting.



Just 1,200 m away, you can walk or cycle to the ocean and Capbreton’s lively center with shops and restaurants. Hossegor is 3 km away, and the forest is just across the river.
