Location

This modern Timmendorfer Strand holiday apartment No. 6 in the Sonnenpark is a holiday destination in a quiet and central location on the Baltic Sea. It’s only about a 7-minute walk to the fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea, and the centre of Timmendorfer Strand is approximately 200 metres away. Restaurants, charming cafes, and shops invite you to linger here. Supermarkets such as Famila and Aldi are about 300 metres away.

This modern 2-roomvacation apartment is approximately 52 square metres in size and offers the perfect setting for a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday for up to 4 people. The living room/bedroom of the Timmendorfer Strand holiday apartment is furnished with a pull-out couch (140x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The open-concept kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and opens onto the cosy dining area, which is located in the light-filled bay window.

In addition, the Timmendorfer Strand holiday rental offers a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet. To ensure you get a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the holiday rental can be darkened. The shower room with a toilet and the entryway round out this modern holiday home on the Baltic Sea.

The furnished balcony, facing southwest, is accessible from the living room.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Please note that there is no lift in the building.

A free underground parking space is available for your car (entry height approx. 1.90 m).
You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room attached to the apartment (we cannot guarantee availability).
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher).
Note
Please note that a new building is under construction on a neighbouring property (Wilhelmstr. 9/11). As of September 2026, only the balcony railings and the outdoor area remain to be completed; completion is expected by the end of 2026. In the event that you are nevertheless disturbed by construction noise during your stay, we will offer you a 10% discount on the room rate alone for the affected weekdays upon checkout.
