Located in Golfo Aranci, in the quiet residential area of Baja Caddinas, this property is just 150 meters from the beautiful Quinta Beach and 700 meters from the Baja Caddinas port. The center of Golfo Aranci can be reached in a 10-minute walk.
The house is spread over two levels: upstairs you will find the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with bathroom; downstairs there are two bedrooms with direct access to the private garden and a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine.
Outside, you can relax in the private garden with outdoor furniture, on the private balcony, or on the spacious open terrace with sun loungers, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and Capo Figari.
Parking is available both on site and on the street.
