Penthouse apartment with lake view

A few kilometers from Berlin lies the small village of Krummensee, nestled amidst forests, meadows, and marshes on the shores of the picturesque Kummer See (Lake Krummensee). The former farmhouse is part of our three-sided farmstead and was built around 1890 during the Gründerzeit (late 19th-century boom period).

We recently restored the house using sustainable materials such as clay, wood, and reeds, with meticulous attention to detail. The result is two comfortable apartments that combine modern amenities with historic charm.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the holiday home. A special feature is the open-plan layout with its original exposed beams. The open-plan kitchen includes a dining area overlooking the courtyard. Adjoining the dining area is the living room with comfortable seating and a magnificent view of the Kummer See. Opposite the living and dining room are the two generously sized bedrooms, both furnished with double beds. The adjacent bathroom is spacious and features a rain shower. All rooms have underfloor heating.

The terrace offers a wonderful view of the Kummer See. It is one of the most beautiful places and is ideal for enjoying simple meals or relaxing.

The seating and barbecue area in front of the holiday home is perfect for relaxation. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Meanwhile, our younger guests can enjoy the large playground directly behind the holiday home. Parking is available on the property for each apartment.

OUR TIP: Just 300 meters from the holiday home, Krummer See lake invites you to swim and relax with its sandy beach, sunbathing lawn, playground, volleyball court, and restaurant.
