The house is located in Grizane, a small place near the famous holiday resort Crikvenica.The house consists of two floors and the outside area.The ground floor has a living-dining room with a very well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a small fitness room and a sauna.On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wonderful balcony with a sea view, covered with an awning.There are a total of three air conditioners and four televisions.All windows are equipped with fly screens.The beautiful outdoor area includes a terrace with sea views, the pool area with 6 deck chairs and sea views, two closed parking spaces and a small garden.
