We offer you a two-story home located in a quiet neighborhood of a small town in central Mallorca. You can easily reach any part of the island after a short drive: beach, mountains, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy fantastic moments in your private pool and the patio with a covered terrace. The many amenities and privileged setting will make your holiday unforgettable. Cot and high chair for 2 babies included.

Detached house of 200 m² with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, an outdoor patio with private pool, covered terrace and barbecue, an outdoor bathroom, and two laundry rooms.

In the outdoor patio you will find an exclusive private pool, barbecue, sun loungers, and a spacious covered terrace with table and chairs.

Washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
