Relax on the shared covered terrace, perfect for admiring the forest and river. Children aged 6 to 12 will love the shared playground, as well as the toys and books provided.



You may bring 1 pet. Please note that events are not permitted. Access to shared table tennis, communal billiards, and a tennis court just 15 minutes away on foot.



The chalet is part of a residential leisure park established in 1984, open year-round in a peaceful setting by the forest and river. This authentic family village is close to major Alpine attractions: Annecy (60 km), Geneva (50 km), Cluses (18 km), and Samoëns just 3 km away. You are 200 m from Morillon's blue lake and 500 m from the ski area. The location is perfect for mountain biking and hiking. Adventurers can try rafting, canyoning, tree climbing, ziplining, or paragliding. For quieter activities, swimming, tennis, or mini-golf are available. On site: artisan bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, food truck, games room with billiards, pinball, ping-pong, books, and board games.
