The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, and toaster. High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a private TV, washing machine, and underfloor heating are available throughout the house. You can also enjoy a private sauna for at least 4 people, a fireplace, baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children. The house is barrier-free: step-free access, wide doors, and ground-level bathrooms with walk-in showers.



Relax on your private, covered south-facing terrace or the open terrace with sunshade. The private garden on the 600 m² property offers a barbecue area for cozy evenings. The house features its own photovoltaic system for energy efficiency.
