Located in La Tranche-sur-Mer, a renowned seaside resort on the Vendée coast, this 80 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. There is a bedroom with a double bed and storage, an interior bedroom with a double bed and storage, plus an attic room with two double beds—ideal for children or family stays. Although there are 4 beds, the property is for 6 guests.



The house features a fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee maker, a welcoming living area, a TV corner, a bathroom, and separate toilet. Wi-Fi is included. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.



Outside, enjoy a pleasant garden and a south-facing terrace with a glimpse of the sea, perfect for outdoor meals using the available barbecue. The beach is just 20 meters away—reach the ocean in a few steps.



You will also have a parking space on the property. Pets are not allowed and parties are prohibited. Waste sorting is mandatory.



La Tranche-sur-Mer, known as “Little California,” is loved for its long sandy beaches, seaside cycle paths, water sports, and proximity to remarkable sites such as the Bay of Aiguillon nature reserve, the Île de Ré, and La Rochelle—ideal for day trips.



Check-in takes place at the agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Please notify the agency on the morning of your arrival.



Cleaning and bed linen are available for an extra fee. Use of personal streaming services is not permitted.
