The house features a cozy living-dining room, perfect for relaxing, watching a movie, or unwinding after a sunny day. The kitchen is fully equipped—oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker—so you can cook just like at home. Everything is designed for a practical and pleasant stay.



There is one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), ideal for children or friends, plus a sofa bed in the living room for two.



Outside, enjoy the sunny terrace and enclosed garden—perfect for outdoor meals, reading, or relaxing in peace, with sun loungers provided. A true haven of tranquility, close to everything.



A certificate of civil liability insurance may be requested a few days before your arrival.



Check-in, key handover, and property presentation are handled by a local concierge, who will also be available throughout your stay. The property will be checked at departure.
