Beach Apartment 100m from the Sea

Just 100 m from the main beach and 150 m from the center of La Tranche sur Mer, this ground-floor apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday. With 70 m² of space, it features a bright living/dining room with TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), another bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a raised single bed (90 cm), a shower room, and separate toilet.



Enjoy a spacious wooden terrace with dining and lounge area, an outdoor shower, and an electric grill. There’s a storage area for bikes or windsurf boards, plus two parking spaces.



The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, and offers a lovely outdoor area for meals or relaxation. The property is carefully prepared, and guests are asked to respect the space.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please leave the house tidy: wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and grill, and take out all trash and waste.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You’ll be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions. Please inform us on the morning of your arrival about your estimated arrival time.



Parties are strictly forbidden.



Only household waste should go in the bins and be put out twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.
