Set in the beautiful coastal surroundings of Okrug Gornji near the historic town of Trogir, this spacious villa offers a refined Mediterranean escape designed for relaxing group stays. Surrounded by the charm of the Dalmatian coast, the property provides a peaceful setting where guests can enjoy sunny days by the pool, scenic seaside walks and easy access to beaches, cafés and waterfront restaurants.

Inside, the villa is thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels to comfortably host larger groups. The ground floor features a bright living and dining area with comfortable seating, a fireplace, TV and dining table, alongside an open kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A bedroom on this level includes a double bed, a single sofa bed and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor, another open kitchen with essential appliances complements two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and private bathroom. An annex building adds further privacy with an additional open kitchen and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and tumble dryer ensure everyday comfort throughout the stay.

The outdoor area is designed for leisure and entertainment. A private heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and garden furniture, creating a perfect place to relax under the Dalmatian sun. Guests can also enjoy the garden with a barbecue, outdoor fireplace and space for al fresco dining, while leisure amenities such as billiards, table tennis and fitness equipment add to the experience. On-site parking is available.
