The Timmendorfer Strand Seglernest beach residence is a well-maintained 2.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor, offering 56 m² of comfortable living space for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment features a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen-dining area, and sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people, making it well-suited for couples, small families, or a holiday with children.

The living area is furnished in a functional and comfortable style and includes, among other things, a sofa, armchairs, a chest of drawers, a dining area, and a dining table. A TV, a stereo system, and a Blu-ray player provide entertainment and modern comforts.
Behind a glass wall, you’ll find a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large sliding-door closet.
Two additional single beds (90x200 cm each), a chest of drawers, and another TV are located in the second bedroom.

The kitchen is well-equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. This includes an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a built-in freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a fully automatic coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and kitchen utensils. This makes it easy to prepare breakfast, light meals, or a relaxed dinner.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, and hair dryer.
From the covered, west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the outdoors even when the weather is changeable.

The swimming pool (accessible only via stairs) is available to you free of charge and invites you to relax.
A communal sauna is also available in the building. This is a coin-operated sauna. (1€ = 20 min.)

A bicycle storage room is available.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
An lift is available in this building. However, it can only be reached by climbing 8 steps.

This spacious residential complex is located approximately 50 m from the beach and is near the Ostseetherme with its large sauna area. The pedestrian zone with its cosy cafés is about an 8-minute walk away. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle storage room, are located in the building, and parking spaces are available on-site.
