Gîte du Pas de la Mignonne with Private Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning
Located in Excideuil, Gîte du Pas de la Mignonne offers 80 m² of comfortable living space for up to 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker and espresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, video on demand, a dedicated workspace, washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The ground floor is heated by a pellet stove and electric radiators.
A baby cot, high chair, and access to shared toys and books for children are also available.
Outside, relax in your private garden, make use of the barbecue, and enjoy the private outdoor pool. There’s a playground for families.
You’ll have 2 private parking spaces on site and a charging station for electric vehicles.
Please note: Parties are not allowed on the property. Video and audio recording equipment is installed in the outdoor areas.
A golf course is a 15-minute walk away, and hiking trails start right from the property.
