Plenty of room for teens and adults for a Christmas ski vacation! Extremely well stocked condo. Loved that everything was on a single floor. Location was great, with the quick shuttle to the base area just down the road.

The place is great. Exactly as described. It is close enough to walk to slopes with easy bus or drop/off access. Our family enjoyed the options of skiing, hanging out, or just relaxing. House has everything one needs. We stayed 22 days and would come back again.

Larger than a house

Gorgeous home, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The views of the ski slopes are breathtaking. The condo is huge with great privacy for all 5 bedrooms. most of which have a fireplace and attached bathroom.

Lots of room!

We had 6 adults and 5 kids and this home was perfect for us! Kids loved the bunk room, dads loved the pool table. It’s within walking distance to Winter Park village, which has lots of fun activities in the summer and many delicious food options. We did several close by hikes! Just a great family get away!

Great condo, lots of space

We stayed here for Spring Break - 3 families, 14 people total. We had plenty of space and loved the single-story floor plan. It's an easy walk to the shuttle route. We definitely recommend this for large groups / multiple families.

I can’t say enough great things about this property! It was perfect for our group of 13, ranging from 10 years old to 72! We were celebrating my parents 50th anniversary, and everyone loved the property and the location. Winterpark 2022

The property was ideal for our group of 11. The place was very well supplied with everything. All the bedrooms had plenty of space and the great room is very welcoming and comfortable. Everyone loved the layout of the unit and especially the AWESOME views from the great room to the rec room. We had a great time and would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect location with incredible views from every window! Excellent layout - between the living room, kitchen/dining and game room, our extended family of 12 (all adults - youngest is 20 yrs old) never felt cramped. Kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) to make big meals each night. The attached parking garage with elevator made it so easy to unload luggage, equipment and groceries during our stay. Owners have thought of every detail to make it a wonderful vacation home.

Beautiful condo with fantastic views in an ideal location with all of the amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. People can be playing pool and watching sports in the recreation room while others are watching a movie in the family room since there is a glass door to separate the two rooms. The owner was nice to point out the high tech features to make our stay more enjoyable.

Our family of 11 recently stayed at this condo for a ski vacation. The condo is beautiful, luxurious and spacious. It is also very clean and well supplied with everything we needed to stay for several days. The location is convenient to the lifts using the free shuttle at the entrance or close enough to walk. The panoramic windows provide a beautiful view of the mountain and ski runs. Dan and his assistant are wonderful to work with throughout the process and readily available for any questions we had. We hope to make this a family tradition and would welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

Perfect Location

You are wowed from the moment you drive up. Condo is gorgeous and the view is unbelievable. This is the perfect location to skiing and the village. It is walkable, but the shuttle runs every ten minutes just right outside the units, and total ride time is about 2 minutes. The owner and host go over and beyond with communication and providing, stocking, every item needed from the kitchen to the laundry room and baths. All of the beds are super comfortable. It also has a garage which is a big plus in the winter. So many things to do close by for kids and families. Highly recommend!
