A shared parking space is available on site. Pets are not allowed and events are not permitted on the property. For safety and peace of mind, please close the courtyard gate in the evening due to wild boars in the area. After 10 p.m., please use the rear balcony instead of the sea-view balcony to respect the neighbors and avoid using the rear garden.



The apartment enjoys a panoramic hillside location, just a 10-minute walk from the center, the sea, hiking trails, and the train station. A tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. You can enjoy local experiences including cycling and hiking, as well as the sea and Bonassola beach. Check-in after 8 p.m. is available for an extra fee. Check-in is not possible after 11 p.m.
