The house offers a spacious private entrance area with parking for several vehicles. The porch overlooks the sea, perfect for relaxing.
The entrance leads to the living-dining room with sea views. The kitchen, also with sea views, is equipped with a dishwasher. There is an additional guest toilet.
A flight of about 12 steps leads to the sleeping area:
- One double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
- Two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower.
- Laundry room.
From this lower floor, you can access the private garden as well as the communal garden and pool area, located about a two-minute walk away.
