The "tu huus" holiday home in Loddin is beautifully situated on a very quiet, pine-forested dead-end street, free from any street noise. It’s a 5-minute bike ride to the Baltic Sea beach, as well as to the Achterwasser (lagoon) and the beautiful Kölpinsee. The property invites you to linger, relax, and enjoy evening barbecues. Completed in 2026, the holiday home features 3 sleeping accommodation, a new kitchen, a new bathroom, a wood-burning stove, and air conditioning. The furnishings and decor were designed by a renowned interior designer and are a far cry from the typical holiday home setups. The garden area features three terraces that offer either sun or shade at all times. Parking is available right next to the house. See for yourself!
